What are your shipping rates and delivery times (U.S.)?

We offer free standard shipping on orders $10 and over within the United States.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–8 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier transit times.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.

Once an order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery and timing.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or doesn’t arrive?

Lunchskins is not responsible for carrier delays or lost or stolen packages. Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer and the carrier.

All orders include tracking information. If your package is delayed, marked as delivered, or missing, you must contact the shipping carrier (USPS) directly to locate your package or file a claim.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–8 business days after shipment, but carrier delays may occur.

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us for further assistance.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier, including those rerouted or redirected at the customer’s request, are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed, and orders may be processed within hours.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer cannot be rerouted or refunded.

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be treated as a refused shipment and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and deduction of original and return shipping costs.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. We ship to Canada for a $15 USD flat rate.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier transit.

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees.

Once an order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. We do not offer replacements or refunds for lost, delayed, or incorrectly addressed shipments.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders begin processing immediately and are typically fulfilled within 12 hours.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing customerservice@lunchskins.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellations after this window. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Orders that cannot be canceled may be returned after delivery and may be subject to restocking and shipping fees.

What happens if I request cancellation too late?

If a cancellation request is received after an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Orders must be received and then returned in accordance with our return requirements and may be subject to restocking and shipping fees.

How will I receive order confirmations and updates?

Order confirmations are sent via email immediately after purchase.

Shipping and delivery updates are provided via email, and text updates may be available depending on the contact information provided at checkout.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, email customerservice@lunchskins.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

All returns require prior authorization. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Note: Our Bulk Packaged Products are Non-Returnable Due to Food-Safety Standards. This product is banded, packaged in bulk, and not individually sealed. It is packaged and sealed at the factory to ensure cleanliness and safety for use. However, once delivered to you, we cannot verify its unused status. To uphold the highest standards of quality and safety for all our customers, this item is non-returnable.

Who pays for return shipping?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Items must be returned in unused, restockable condition and in original packaging. Returns that are opened, used, damaged, or not in original condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or partial refund.

Are shipping charges refundable?

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Items must be returned in unused, restockable condition. Returns that are opened, used, damaged, or not in original condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or partial refund.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing customerservice@lunchskins.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If available, please include a photo of the lot number from the original packaging.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

What is your policy on refused shipments or return-to-sender packages?

Orders that are refused or returned to sender due to incorrect address, failure to receive, or other customer action are subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Deduction of original and return shipping costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If reshipment is requested, additional shipping charges will apply.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with our return policy.

Can I return products purchased from other retailers?

No. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from lunchskins.com.

Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Do you allow resale on Amazon or other marketplaces?

No. Buyers may not sell Lunchskins products online (including Amazon, eBay, or group/co-op sales) without written authorization. Violations may result in suspended deliveries or terminated agreements. See our Online Resller Policy.
