Why does my product look different from the website images?

We update our product packaging and designs from time to time. The images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may not always reflect the most current packaging, labeling, or product formulation.

We continuously update our products to comply with legal and regulatory standards. Third-party retailers and online marketplaces may display outdated product images that are not controlled by Lunchskins.

Where are Lunchskins made?

From the beginning, our goal has been to promote healthy living and respect for the environment by creating affordable, easy to use alternatives to single-use plastic bags.

At this time Lunchskins bags are made in China/HK. Our B Corp Certification requires that ALL of our partners meet the standards for quality, safety, fair labor, ethical business practices, and environmental responsibility.

That being said, we have been actively searching for a North American / European partner for quite some time. Our bags sustainable material requirements and testing standards make them very difficult to produce. The US/North America does not currently have the required production capabilities, and we are not able to source the sustainable materials required for majority of our products. We continue to actively search for a North American / European partner and are hopeful that in the near future we will be successful.

Our BPI-Certification was also awarded outside of the US due to the fact there are no current BPI testing facilities domestically. We are working very hard with our local regulators to do all that we can to ensure that the US is stringent on sustainability.

Are your products gluten and/or soy free?

Currently, we DO NOT test our products for gluten or soy.

What are your products made from, and how do I care for them?

Each product page includes all the details for that specific item — including size, materials, certifications, care instructions, and other relevant information. Please visit the individual product pages for complete product specifications.

Do your products meet compostablility standards?

Yes — all Lunchskins products are thoughtfully designed with sustainability in mind.

Many of our products are certified home compostable or commercial compostable, and our paper products are FSC-certified.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

At Lunchskins, subscriptions are completely customer-controlled — you have full access to manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. For security and privacy reasons, we do not make subscription changes on behalf of customers.

Below are the steps to manage your subscription depending on whether or not you have an account.

If you already have an account:

  1. Go to our website and click “Login” (top right corner).
  2. Sign in using the same email and password you used when you started your subscription.
  3. Once logged in, click “Manage Subscriptions” or “My Subscriptions.”
  4. You’ll see your active subscription(s) listed — click “Manage” next to the one you’d like to cancel.
  5. Select “Cancel Subscription” and follow the on-screen steps to confirm.

    You’ll receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is complete.

If you did not create an account when you subscribed:

  1. Go to our website and click “Login” (top right corner).
  2. Click “Create Account.”
  3. Enter the same email address you used for your subscription order and set a password.
  4. Once your account is created, log in and click “Manage Subscriptions.”
  5. Click “Manage” next to your active subscription, then select “Cancel Subscription.”
  6. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is complete.
