If you have specific questions about an order, please include your name, contact information, order number, as well as all relevant product information, such as item name, style/model number, color, etc.
We try to handle your orders as quickly as possible, but please note that because of the high volume of orders, items may ship 5-7 days after ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. 3greenmoms is proud to offer high quality products. If you do end up returning one or more items, please note that all returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged. We will then send instructions on how to return your products. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your package has arrived at our facilities. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Upon receipt of your package at our facilities, we will process your credit or refund. Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days. If you ordered
by credit card, we will credit your account and it will show on your following statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges unless an item arrived defective or damaged.
